This is an internal award for Caledon Concert Band Association members who are furthering their music education or music training. The award determinations assist our student members who are graduating high school and continuing their education at a college or university in a music program. Subsidies and contributions will also be made available for band members taking courses or training in the field of music.
To apply, simply inform the Director Of Personnel and Membership of your education and training plans before July 31st, 2010. Scholarships will be determined by September 15th, 2010 for payment by November 30th, 2010. Other training allowances will be determined based on individual applications and paid accordingly. All award decisions will be made by the Board of Directors, will be at their discretion and will be within yearly budget parameters.
